Privacy Policy

Last updated

This Privacy Policy explains how Crypto Renegades LLC ("Crypto Renegades," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information, and the choices you have. It covers cryptorenegades.co, our registration, webinar and checkout pages, our member portal and community, our calls and live sessions, and our emails and text messages.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Name, email address, phone number and country or region.
  • Your answers when you apply for the Mastermind or register for a webinar, such as your experience, goals, available time and the amount you plan to set aside, so we can tell you honestly whether the program makes sense for your situation.
  • Purchase details: what you bought, your payment option and your billing address. Card and bank details are entered with our payment processor or financing provider, and we do not store full card numbers.
  • What you post or say in our community, chats and live sessions, and messages you send us.

Recordings

  • Coaching calls and live sessions are recorded.
  • Sales calls are recorded and transcribed by an AI meeting assistant (Fathom), which also produces notes and summaries.
  • We tell you at the start of a recorded call. If you do not want a call recorded, say so before it starts.

Activity we track

  • Pages you visit on our site and funnels, how you arrived (including referring page and campaign tags), the device and browser you use, and your approximate location based on your IP address.
  • Webinar registration and attendance, which emails you open and click, and the lessons and sessions you access as a member.
  • Once you give us your email or phone number, we link this activity to your record in our customer relationship platform so the messages you get from us match what you have already seen.

Cookies, pixels and similar tools

  • We use our own first-party analytics plus third-party tools, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, and GoHighLevel tracking.
  • These providers set cookies or receive information about your visits, and may collect information about your activity across other websites and apps over time. We use them to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who visited us.

Information from others

  • Payment processors and financing providers tell us whether a payment or application went through.
  • Advertising platforms tell us which ads led to a visit or sign-up.

How we use it

  • To run the program: give you access, deliver sessions, support you and manage billing and payment plans.
  • To contact you about your application, webinar, call, purchase or account.
  • To send marketing emails and, if you agreed, marketing calls and texts.
  • To prepare for and follow up on sales and coaching calls, including using recordings, transcripts and AI-generated notes.
  • To measure and improve our site, content and advertising.
  • To protect members from impersonation and abuse, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use AI tools to transcribe, summarize or draft messages from the information above. For our call notetaker, Fathom, the outside AI model providers it uses are contractually barred from training on your information, and Fathom may use de-identified call data, with names and identifying details removed, to improve its own service.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers that run parts of our business for us under contracts limiting their use of it: GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for our CRM, funnels, calendar, email and texts; Vercel and Neon for website hosting and data; Vimeo for video; Skool for our community; Fathom for call recording and notes; our video meeting provider; email delivery providers; our payment processor; and accounting and support tools.
  • Financing providers such as ClarityPay and Splitit, when you choose a financing option.
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google, through the pixels and tags described above.
  • Other members, for anything you post in the community or say in a group session, including session recordings shared with members.
  • Legal and safety, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of you, our members, us or others.
  • Business transfer, if our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

We never sell or rent lists of your information to anyone. Our advertising pixels do send browsing data to Meta and Google, which some state laws count as "sharing" for targeted ads. You can opt out of that as described under Your choices.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts, we send messages about your registration, calls, membership and offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy.

Email

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email. We will still send messages about your account, purchases and payments.

Your choices

  • Opt out of targeted advertising. Email info@cryptorenegades.co with "Do not share" in the subject, use the ad settings in your Meta and Google accounts, or use your browser's cookie controls. Where state law requires, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out.
  • Do Not Track. Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them.
  • Access, correct or delete. You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@cryptorenegades.co or use the contact page. We will verify your request using the email or phone on your record and respond within the time the law requires, usually 45 days. Some information we must keep for legal, tax or dispute reasons.
  • Appeals. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will review it and respond in writing.
  • State rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. We will not treat you differently for using them.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it:

  • Leads who never purchase: up to 3 years after our last contact.
  • Member, purchase and payment records: for the membership plus 7 years for tax and accounting.
  • Call and session recordings, transcripts and notes: up to 3 years, unless needed longer for a dispute.
  • Records of your consent to calls, texts and our Terms: 5 years.
  • Analytics data: up to 26 months.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as limiting who on our team can access member information. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you contact us from another country, your information is transferred to and handled in the United States under this policy. You can make the requests listed above wherever you live.

Third-party sites

Our community runs on Skool, and we link to other sites and platforms we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates here and change the date above. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we will notify you by email before it applies.
