Niko Mercuris has operated across business and financial markets for more than 25 years, through expansions, contractions and everything between.

The operator years

He built a call center to 150 employees and $12M a year in revenue, and went on to build and scale multiple multimillion-dollar businesses and invest in real estate. Running a business with payroll taught him to judge decisions by process, not by how a single month turned out.

Learning markets the hard way

Niko put $30K into formal training at Online Trading Academy, where he was taught by hedge fund traders, and traded stocks and options for years. The 2008 crash cost him $4 million. It became the lesson his teaching is built on: define the boundary before you take the position, size around it, and stay in the market long enough for the process to work.

Into crypto

When leverage reached decentralized platforms, he moved from stocks and options into crypto futures. He co-founded Crypto Renegades with Chad Wittfeldt and leads the live Mastermind sessions, where members bring their own decisions to be reviewed.
