What matters is that the capital sits apart from living expenses, emergency savings and debt, so a loss never touches the essentials. Niko's rule of thumb is to start with $1,000 to $2,500 and to risk only a small slice on any one position, usually 1% to 2%. On a $2,000 account that means a position should lose no more than $20 to $40 before the stop loss closes it. If you would need money you cannot afford to lose, the program is not a fit yet.

Plan on more time during setup and your first weeks. After that, most members spend a few focused hours a week across live sessions, the curriculum and their journal. Live sessions are recorded, so you can catch up on replays.

Coaches do share their own trades and positions, with the entry price, stop loss and take profit, and explain the reasoning behind each one. But we do not want members copying them blindly. We encourage every member to build their own thesis, size their own positions and manage their own risk, so they are in the driver's seat rather than relying on someone else's calls.
